Why do some keywords show up in reports but not in dashboards?

All Reports use a Historic Configuration. This means the following situations could occur:

  • Keyword is deleted but historic reports still show the keyword.
  • Keyword is added or deleted from a Keyword Kluster; This keyword will still show up when reporting on the Keyword Kluster in backend. 
  • New Keywords Added to Web Presence will not show up on historic reports

You can see your current keyword configuration from the Keywords > Manage Panel.
