Permissions

John Doe: As an Admin at the Agency level, John can access all of the Clients, Web Presences and Settings within the Agency

Jane Doe: As Read Only at the Agency level, Jane can see Reports and Users to monitor if they are effectively using gShift.

James Prost and Jocelyn Green: List Clients at the Agency level will restrict access to only the clients under which James and Jocelyn have been created as Users. As Project Managers, James and Jocelyn only require access to the clients for which they are directly responsible. As such, they have been assigned as Admins at the Client level. This permission gives them full control to set up Web Presences for their Clients, as needed.

Jack Hugh: As a supervisor, Jack requires access to all accounts. He is set as an Admin at the Agency level giving him access to all Clients and Web Presences.

Frank Yacht: As an Agency Client, Frank only needs to see the data for his company and reports. Read Only access at the Client level lets him see all the Web Presences within his Company A Client level.

Melissa Tresh: Melissa also needs to see the data and reports for her company only. Read Only access at the Client level lets her see all of the Web Presences created within the Company B Client level.

Danny Boy: Danny needs to see the data and reports for his company. Read Only access at the Client level lets him see all of the Web Presences created under his Client area.
