How to Reset Your Password?

We have all experienced the moment when we forget our password or it isn't working. Resetting your password with gShift is as simple as a couple of clicks.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your login url. e.g. (This differs by client and agency so reference your Welcome email for your URL.) 
  2. Click the Forgot Password option under the username and password fields. An email with your password will be sent to the email address indicated.
  3. Enter your email address and click Reset Password
  4. You will then see a confirmation screen that gShift sent instructions to reset your password to your email. 
  5. This is an example of the email you will receive. Click the link to change your password. 
  6. Enter your new password and then proceed to login. 
  7. That's it you have regained access to your gShift account.
