How to Create a Web Presence Report?

Follow these steps to create a Web Presence Report:

  1. Choose time period you would like to report on:
    • Options - Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, 1 week ago, 2 weeks ago, Quarter 1-4 or the month of your choice  
  2. Choose time period you would like to compare with:
    • Options - Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, 1 week ago, 2 weeks ago, Quarter 1-4 or the month of your choice  
  3. Choose a Keyword Kluster:
    • All - All your keywords
    • New - Your Keywords added within the last 30 days
    • Favourites - Your Keywords you have identified as your favourite
    • Recent - Your Keywords that were recently accessed
    • Paused - Your Keywords that are paused
    • Non-Ranking - Your Keywords positioned outside of the Top 50
    • Custom Klusters - Your klusters that you created. 
  4. Decide which Sections and Options you would like to display:
  5. Enable any Data Options you would like to enable. (Optional)
  6. Enable or Disable any Report Layout Options. (Optional)
  7. Click Run Now. 
  8. You will be taken to the View tab now while the report is created.
  9. Once it is Finished. Click the file format that you would like to view the report in
    • HTML - View it in your browser inside gShift
    • PDF - Exports it into an easy to read and printable PDF
    • XLSX - Exports it to an Excel file for you to easily manage and manipulate as you please
    • CSV - Exports it to the universal CSV file.
