Notifications - How to Send a Message to your Clients

Notifications allow you to send messages to all gShift users within your Agency. These notifications are great for identifying upcoming events, reports or general news about your Agency. 

To create a message follow these steps:

  1. From your main Agency panel, click on Notifications
  2. Enter the text you would like to send in the box provided.



  3. Click Send Notifications to send out the message to all users. 
  4. Users will then see the notification via the "i" icon in the top right of the header when they next login.
